Directions to  use essential oil of Melissa:

In infusion: For its calming and digestive properties. It also has a fresh and lemony taste very pleasant.

For this, mix 3 to 4 drops in a liter of warm water and not boiling. Indeed, a too hot water would tend to evaporate too quickly the essential oil and could also degrade it and its components, making it less effective. It is important to dilute the essential oil in honey or on a lump of sugar that you will then add to the warm water, in order to unify the mixture. Once your preparation is done, you can enjoy your infusion for a relaxing moment, at any time of the day.

Atmospheric diffusion: To purify and purify the atmosphere of your home, but also to create a relaxing and soothing atmosphere a few minutes before bedtime.

Depending on the diffusers and the size of the room, pour between 5 and 30 drops, and let diffuse 30 minutes for a large room and about 15 minutes for a bedroom. In all cases, follow the instructions of the device used.

In cosmetics: Diluted in a vegetable oil, it can be used for a soothing digestive massage after a heavy meal.
