Having an account has many advantages:

  • You gain access to the benefits of our referral program.

You can choose between two possibilities:

DELIVERY

We deliver anywhere in the world! Specific delivery charges apply depending on the destination country.

Unfortunately, it is impossible for us to add or remove one or more products from your order.

Between 48 hours and one week depending on the destination country and the delivery method chosen.

For the delivery of your order, several choices are possible:

Point of withdrawal Relais Colis, count a time between 3 to 5 working days. Relais Colis may choose to deliver to another relay point for technical or logistical reasons (e.g.: closed stores, overload of packages, etc.).

Colissimo, count 3 to 5 working days in metropolitan France.

MY ORDER

You have 14 days to return the item(s) from the day of delivery of the package. For this, we invite you to contact us.

Take a picture of the damaged products and the box, send us to contact@agape-group.fr the order number, pictures and name of the damaged products, we will then do the necessary.

PAYMENT

You can pay online by credit card: we accept CB, Visa, Mastercard, as well as American Express, or via the PayPal platform. We also accept payment by check made out to : SAS AGAPÉ GROUP

Payments on our site are made through the Monetico payment system. The Plantes & Parfums site does not at any time take note of your banking information.

Our products are tested according to the regulations in force.

In accordance with European cosmetic regulations, our formulas are all "cruelty-free": our formulas and the ingredients used in our products are not tested on animals.

No, not all Argandia products are Vegan. Some products contain Beeswax known for its nourishing and protective properties.

All our products are made from natural ingredients.

  • Plants & Fragrances: more than 90% of ingredients of natural origin
  • Argandia: more than 98% of ingredients of natural origin
  • Finessence: more than 95% of ingredients of natural origin
  • Villa Flora : more than 90% of ingredients of natural origin

Shelf life depends on the type of product. We recommend that you consult the product packaging for more information on this subject.

Our Scented Candles are elaborated in a traditional way with a method of manufacture of quality, in the respect of the traditions.

Each candle has a unique character. The waxes we use are only vegetable and rigorously selected for their qualities of combustion and diffusion.

They are heated, mixed, then associated with perfumes of Grasse. The pouring and the installation of the cotton wick is done manually Candle by Candle.

The duration of diffusion of a scented bouquet varies according to its quantity. We have two capacities: 200 and 500 ml.

A Perfumed Bouquet containing 200 ml of perfume diffuses from 4 to 8 weeks depending on its environment. A Prestige Perfume Bouquet containing 500 ml of perfume diffuses from 4 to 6 months depending on its environment. The size of the bouquet should be chosen according to the size of the room.

The Perfumed Bouquets ideally placed in the places of passage to be able to benefit fully from its scents:

  • Non-stop and discreet broadcasting
  • Simple and automatic system
  • As practical as it is aesthetic
  • Ecological
  • 100% rechargeable, therefore economical
