DELIVERY

We deliver all over the world! Specific delivery costs apply depending on the country of destination.

Unfortunately, we are unable to add or remove one or more products from

your order.

Between 48 hours and a week depending on the country of destination and the chosen delivery method.

For the delivery of your order, several choices are possible:

- Relais Colis pick-up point, count between 3 to 5 working days. Relais Colis can choose

to deliver to another pick-up point for technical or logistical reasons (e.g. closed shops, parcel overload, etc.).

- Colissimo, count between 3 to 5 working days, in France.

As soon as the order is confirmed and prepared by our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email, on which you will find a tracking number.

MY ORDER

You have a withdrawal period of 14 days to return the item(s) from the day of delivery of the package. For this, we invite you to contact us.

Take a picture of the damaged products and the box, send it to us at contact@agape-group.fr with the order number, photos and name of damaged products, we will then do the necessary.

PAYMENT

You can pay online by credit card: we accept CB, Visa, Mastercard, as well as American Express cards, or via the PayPal platform.

We also accept payment by check payable to: SAS AGAPE GROUP

Payments on our site are made via the Monetico payment system. Plantes & Parfums does not take note of your banking information at any time.

Our products are tested according to the regulations in force.

According to the European cosmetic regulation, our formulas are all "cruelty-free":

our formulas and the ingredients used in the composition of our products are not tested on

animals.

No, not all Argandia products are Vegan. Some products contain Wax Bee known for its nourishing and protective properties.

All our products are made from ingredients of natural origin.

  • Plantes & Parfums: more than 90% ingredients of natural origin
  • Argandia: more than 98% ingredients of natural origin
  • Finessence: more than 95% ingredients of natural origin
  • Villa Flora: more than 90% ingredients of natural origin

Shelf life depends on the type of product. We advise you to consult the information on the product packaging.

Our Perfumed Candles are made in a traditional way with a quality manufacturing method, respecting of traditions. Each Candle has a unique character. The waxes we use are only vegetable and rigorously selected for their quality of combustion and diffusion. They are heated, mixed, then associated with perfumes of Grasse. The pouring and laying of the cotton wick is handmade Candle by Candle.

The time of diffusion of a Perfumed Diffusor varies according to its quantity. We have two capacities:

200 and 500ml.

A 200ml Perfumed Diffusor diffuses from 4 to 8 weeks depending on its environment. A 500ml Prestige Scented Diffusor diffuses from 4 to 6 months depending on its environment. The size of the Diffuser should be chosen according to the size of the room.

The Perfumed Diffusor is ideally placed in places of passage to be able to enjoy its fragrance:

  • Non-stop and discreet diffusion
  • Simple and automatic system
  • As practical as it is aesthetic
  • Ecological
  • 100% rechargeable, therefore economical

Unfortunately, we do not provide samples.
